When I take Ruby and Elsdon out and hold both leads with one hand Ruby always has to be on the outside of Elsdon. If he moves into the outside "lane" she holds back and then nips on to the outside of him again. She did it three times this morning, I couldn't help but smile at her. Is this a pack thing or a hierarchy thing - just curious? spinner smile

Probably just a preference.

Kassi always has to be in front of dogs and humans, if someone goes in front, she stops and then does a charge to see if she can get in the lead again (and nearly rips my arm off in the process) usually for the first 10 minutes then she is happy just pottering on the lead.

I tend to have one in each hand. Chloe however does like to be as close to walls as she can be when walking??

They are funny aren't they? I do walk them one in each hand most of the time but when I am smoking I transfer them to my left hand, you've got to have some pleasures when you are walking round Skipton so early in the morning and at night spinner smile

Strange lol.

If I just have the boys I normally walk them both on the left with Diesel on the outside, or sometimes one each side doesn't matter which way.

If I have them all i walk the boys on the left and Indie on the right.

I've noticed that I can't walk them on my right, it feels uncomfortable, but then we trained them on our left and I think obedience training is always on the left.
