welcome

You can buy those toys that they have to throw around to get the food out, then it will be slowly dispensed, just an idea.

Are there other dogs around her when she is eating? Because this can sometimes make them eat fast so no one else can steal it so to speak.

You can buy bowls with nodules inside them which make the dog eat slower. I have heard that they do work so may help you :)
I have included a link below for you to have a look at x

Hi Deebo

What are you feeding Spot and has she always been like this?

My Miz used to throw her food down when we first rescued her. This 'Brake-fast-bowl' helped to slow her eating down a bit.....

http://www.richandrobin.co.uk/products.php?product=Medium-Brake%252dFast-Bowl

but it's not the answer, the reason Spot is eating so fast has nothing to do with the bowl, stress is often the reason for wolfing down food. Poorly formed poo is down to either illness, poor diet or stress.

What are you feeding her and how calm is she generally?

Me neither, I used the Brake-Fast bowl on Elsdon and it did work. He's now on raw so has no choice but to eat at a slower pace.

I used to feed hope, out of my hand because she ate so fast,
now she is the slowest one.
