PostSubject: insurance again.   Mon 28 Jan 2013, 3:15 pm

Got Rogue's renewal through from Esure and they wanted to up it to £16 a month - no chance she's only a year old.

So i have now changed her to AXA along with Kai and indie for just over £10 a month and far better cover too.

was going to cancel diesel's with Esure too as we've pretty much reached the claim limit for his dysplasia anyway and will have to pay for any future treatment as his is £26 a month. But because we've claimed this year id have to pay the rest of the years premiums anyway so might as well leave it until May.

Insurance is a joke at the moment Claire, I am disgusted at mine but worried about changing as his allergies won't be covered and I also have been there a few times with him getting out of breath which may or may not be an issue when the Summers is back (if we get one)!
Just over a tenner is not a bad price at all

M&S have increased theirs over the last couple of years for Rueben, it was £12 the first year and it is now just under £35 a month and i have not claimed for anything

Insurance just drives me nuts - you always end up paying more each year and not a little more either :(

yep Its a joke.

With Axa I'm paying £12 for Kai, £10 for Rogue and £7 for Indie and almost the same with Esure just for Diesel!

Axa have quoted £12 for Diesel too which is good but obviously no cover for his elbows.

Elsdon's has gone up too but I expected that. Argos wouldn't pay for his pre op blood tests so I had to fork out the £40 that cost. I wasn't happy!
