PostSubject: pet insurance again   Mon 11 Feb 2013, 1:02 pm

Just got Bubbles pet insurance today and I was shocked how much extra they put it up each month. No joke they want £4 extra. It's not a life insurance one just the 12 months. I did know this already. It's direct line. I did pay £10.52 a month for him, now they won't £14.52. I don't understand how they can justify on this. I haven't even made a claim on him. I would understand if I did make a claim, but I haven't. So ive gone with Tesco now. They want about £15 a month but it's life insurance not the year one. It also covers when you take your dog on holiday like going to France what I do with bubbles now. It's up to £4000 vets fees and the excess is £120. I could of had the £60 one, but chose the £120 instead. It's cheaper insurance for the month. It's also makes you wonder why some people don't insure their pets as they can't afford it each year when they put it up like that every year.

Mine is now 36 a month for Reuben with M&S, started off at 12 three years ago.
Tesco sounds like a good deal

Yes but I bet they will still put it up over the years. I'm going to stay with them for now. I also hope to get club card points with them to. Every little helps, so they say.
