PostSubject: Jazz and Elsdon   Wed 13 Feb 2013, 10:32 pm

They seem to have had a falling out? I made the mistake of feeding Jazz in the same room as Elsdon, and once she had finished her breakfast she walked away leaving a little bit in her bowl. At first she wasn't bothered by Elsdon eating it but then decided she was and snapped at him. It was all teeth for a few seconds until I stepped in and parted them.

After that she snapped at him another 3 times in total and I had to step in each time.

There is a definite possibility we will need to look after her again at our house when the baby comes so can anyone give me advice as to how to stop them bickering. Or more to the point stop her having a go at him? The last time she snapped at him he was sitting innocently in the kitchen whilst I was preparing food.

I should know what to do but just need some advice ta

K999 is the man for the job.
Hope you get it sorted Jan.
I think you have to be the leader and let her know in no uncertain terms you are you are.
They do so want to please us.

Just the last time and I think (can't remember) I was making my own food. Elsdon was sat right next to me at the work top. Thing is she has let him eat out of her bowl at Yvonne's but that was just biscuits and not value food like a chicken carcass.

We took her up to the Club with us tonight and she has been really good. Think my bollocking of Monday morning worked and she knows I'm boss now spinner smile

Think she knows now Linda I really gave her a bollocking that morning. Think I may have been too kind with her as she's on old lady - not any more.
