I timed Enzo to see how long it took him to eat his food.

I gave him a cup full of kibble and it took him 2 minutes 33 seconds! That was with his special slow bowl from Jan which has really helped to slow him down

How long do your dogs take?

Reuben very rarely eats a full meal at once. It can take anything up to an hour or more and I end up throwing leftovers away

I think Enzo would just keep eating too but he's used to getting fed at certain times. I suppose it's only what they are used to

Reuben annoys me in that he will leave his food and when I am not looking will raid the dustbin for any old food in there yet I spend money on decent food for him

All depends on if its got a little treat in his kibble , he'll eat It faster then but still not silly fast like some dogs iv seen so I'd say about 2 mins , if his bowls got chicken in it I'd say 25 seconds flat lol:lololol:

Daisy's food is gone in seconds but it can vary a lot with Cody. If he just has basic kibble he will often leave his morning meal and I have to take it away as he just guards it. In the evening he tends to eat it all but can take a while and likes to grab a mouthful then spit it on the floor and eat one bit at a time. umm

Enzo does that too, takes a mouthful and drops it on the floor! What's that all about!
