Do your dog all have doggie friends?

What are your dogs like with meeting new dogs and do they tend to get on with most dogs or is it hit and miss or do they not like other dogs full stop?

Tara my first staffie got on with anyone and everything but never really showed much interest in other dogs.

Chloe was a cow bag with most other dogs which was a suprise considering she was in the dogs home with multiple dogs in the same kennel.

Jacks as very nervous and when we first got him he used to run away from dogs. However after a period of time and an incident on the local fields he could never be trusted near another dog (except Chloe) for the last couple of years of his life

Reuben has lots of doggie friends and as he was the youngest dog I have ever rehomed I have tried to socialise him as much as I could from when we got him at six months. He can still be temperamental but I know what sort of dogs he does not like as we approach them so can usually handle him. He does however join in if any of his friends take a dislike to another dog which I find infuriating

Alfie's got quite a few on the estate where we live , he's fine with them as I'd expect , I think his best mate has to be lottie next door as their mental with each other as soon as they spot each other & as you already know jo he loves team north west doggie members , I'd say Meyers is his main company when we get out

I too can read when Alfie's not to keen I other dogs so can read the situation well & head off ASAP if needed lol!
