PostSubject: Naughty Belle   Thu 06 Mar 2014, 4:21 pm

I left Belle in the house with Reuben for the first time today whilst I nipped out to drop my far off at the garage. I was out no longer than half an hour and when I got back she has dragged all the washing off the back of the sofa, dragged the cushions off the sofa and pee'd on one of them and chewed up one of my candles.

It will be the last time she is left for a while and will continue to be put the kitchen
when I am out

Awww bless her ... how can you be mad with that pretty lil face ??? She is a cutie . Lol

I have to admit, Shadow and Buddy (both boys) go in their separate crates when I go out but Poppy tends to just lay on the sofa...I have left Shadow out of his crate before a few times if I'm only gonna be few minutes but typically the boys do go in their crates...the boys have never had a fight but sometimes when they play they can get a bit hyper hence the crating...Poppy too old to bother lol although would'nt be the first time that left something on my computer desk to come back home and she's had them xxx

I thought she would be OK as they had a good run this morning despite her supposedly being on short walks. We have been to training tonight so I am hoping that will, tire her out.
She is definately a dog that needs a good run every day

No but there is nothing for her to chew. She has plenty of toys, her bed and usually an antler bar to keep her occupied. The woman who had her from the rescue previous advised me she destroyed her kitchen and chewed walls, cupboards etc but she also never walked her and I expect she did not have any stimulation at all.

No not yet lol

She has however managed to rip the lining from under the leather chair in the living room (whilst being supervised by my son) and when I got home from work today she had chewed one of handbags up on the bedroom floor, again while being supervised by my son. I'm not so pleased about this as it was a birthday pressie off my mum.

Neither could have been done in a couple of minutes so I suspect he has gone back to bed after we have gone to work and left her free
