I have a dragon scale betta who has scales growing over one eye and will likely go blind in that eye. Apparently it is common in this type of betta
Sadly it also looks like he may have a tumour as he has a growth in his side which is slowly getting bigger

No, nothing can be done. He still seems happy and eats so if he does deteriorate I will deal with it at the time x
