I use advocate but am part of a healthy pet scheme at the vets, it's ten pound per month for each dog and it cover all the flea and worming treatment, plus all vaccinations, kennel cough, one free consult and 10% off everything else.
I just order and collect every three months and they text me when their wormers are due

they have given me a leaflet on that , at ours thats 14 pound a month , but i dont think i would benefit from that as im already paid up for vaccinations for life , so the only thing i would benefit from that is the free fleas treatment , but i think 14 pounds a month works out alot more expensive than the flea treatment

I'm not sure how much advocate is to be honest, when I worked it out I saved quite a bit of money. The vacs and kennel cough is £56 which is almost half if the yearly fee

ive worked out its £168 to go on the pet sceme a year , and it works out if i buy the advocate online about £80 a year , so it works out cheaper just to buy the flea treatment online , theres nothing else that i would benefit from on the pet sceme , as he doesnt have his nails clipped , and he's insured anyway , his jabs are free as ive already paid £99 for vacs 4 life

I tend to use frontline although only treat them during the summer for fleas and ticks x
