Barney mums neighbours dog has been pts apparently he was shaking and was terrified, he wasnt deemed a banned breed either :(

no way  There must be more to this! I am so sorry to read of this.

Why don't you have curbside mailboxes over there?

Both, more efficient delivery costs for the post centre & NO fingers/hands ever come through our doors EVER!

Oh 90% of ours are padlocked unless you live in the bush. Here you wouldn't recieve mail if you only had a door slot.

There are new laws Tracy that came in May that state your dog can be reported even if they have not bitten. If your dog jumps up at someone and that person feels threatened then you can be reported. I put a post up about this last night in the controversial section
