| Jude is a 6-8 year old Staffie X and is currently on foster in Merthyr Tydfil. PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING JUDE HER FOREVER SOFA - JUDE IS AN OLDER BLACK STAFFIE X. THIS TYPE OF DOG IS SO OFTEN OVERLOOKED BUT JUDE HAS A GREAT DEAL TO OFFER. Jude loves the company of her foster parents and squeaky toys! Jude can be left for a few hours a day with the run of her foster home quite safely although a child lock on the fridge may be required Jude is trained to walk on a Halti. She walks alongside other dogs quite happily but may react to other dogs if overwhelmed. Jude is currently happily living with another dog Jude loves the visiting children in her foster family but can become a little grumbly if pestered too much so either needs to be rehomed with older children or dog savvy children who will not pester her or know to leave her alone when she wants her down needs some time alone. Jude's recall is now perfect A secure garden is a must as is a home without cats or small furries. Jude has been in foster for ages now and she really needs to find her own sofa. If you could please put the word around or think of any one that could be interested I know Jude would snog you lots to say thank you. All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to rehoming. A homecheck will be required, and you will need to come and meet the dog with your own dogs and family. Hope Rescue rehomes throughout the UK. A Pre-Home Interest Form can be downloaded from www.hoperescue.org.uk and should be returned to dogs@hoperescue.org.uk |

| Jude is still looking ... that greying muzzle is not working its magic.
Waiting on an update from her foster home and will update in the next few days. |

| From Jude's fosterer
“She is the sweetest little dog you can imagine, there's nothing better than coming home from a long day in work and seeing her bounding up to see me, usually giving me a toy as a present. She gives the best doggy kisses, she's come so far since being here and does everything she can just to please me and is in doggy heaven when she's cwtched up to me on the sofa having her belly tickled.”
Jude came into Hope’s care over a year ago and has been overlooked so many times – black dogs are hard to rehome, staffies, especially crosses are hard to home and older dogs are hard to rehome and right now dogs in general are hard to rehome. Jude is fighting all of the above all by herself and she doesn’t deserve to be without her own family anymore. She is a little lumpy and bumpy and greying round the muzzle but surely she deserves a break.

| Jude as had a couple of fatty lumps removed by the vets and biopsied. They are benign!
This older lady though is still being overloooked

| Jude attended a public meet and greet yesterday and was amazing, so many people fell in love with her. Even right at the end of the day when she was completely exhausted if somebody came over to see her she woke up with her little tail wagging to have a short cuddle before slipping back to the land of nod. When she got home she curled up on the sofa and didn't move until her supper was ready. She would love to do this again but has given strict instructions that there have to be as many nice people feeding her treats as there was this time. She only barked at one dog all day at that's because another dog barked first, otherwise the treats/squeaky toys were far more important. Jude was also given a new coat that she is hoping to donate to another needy dog very soon. |

| Ah bless her - what a star. So hope her home comes for her soon and she minces off to her forever home tossing her coat to the new kid in rescue.
Fingers crossed.
PS Where did the coat come from - some of our supporters were looking to get some made for a sponsored walk? |

| Aw what a fabulous lady, she so deserves her forever home and I love the coat, can you say where you got it from and do they do blank ones? Or perhaps I should get one that says "I needed a home and found one" |
