 Thining of coat

Over the last few months quattro's coat has thinned both sides in the same place. It's odd as it looks shinny like he's been liking it. No change in diet or harness. I've uploaded a pic but you can't see it well so will try to get another pic. Any ideas?

Are you sure it's not just the colour changing which is making it look thinner?

Has his coat become more flaky?

Does he itch the area

Could it be simply shedding fur due to the heating being on more

Salmon oil is fantastic for coats xx

Yes defo flaky but only in the effected area

Not yet and this was one of the reasons I want to try. Need to order some, was having problems with Internet last time I tried
