Thanks all, he looks big in this pic lol. He is nearly 6 Jo, looking old now. His skin is good at the moment but trying to get him to slow down with the ball as his legs are playing up again. Fine if he had a normal
Walk but anything with impact really gives him trouble after.

Did any of you notice a particular age where your dog slowed down slightly? We've noticed this year a bit

None of mine have slowed down at that age, Reuben is still full of beans and he is eight this year. I do think Belle keeps him on his toes though.
Jack was very active up to 12 but he was always laid back. Chloe had arthritis from five so hard to say with her, she still loved a good romp with Reuben in her later years but not every day.

Tara if I recall slowed down about 9/10
