Just wondered who else can get their dogs to pee on command by associating a word with the action when they do it?

Both mine will go for a wee if I tell them 'Have a wee'

Jack used to respond to have a poo as well but Reuben and Chloe have not grasped that one

Yup, cody goes if I say "go good boys" luckily he knows the difference between that and "good boy".

I didn't mean to teach him it but he picked it up after I kept saying it as praise while he peed lol!

Smiffy goes to "toilet" or "wee wees". See, the stereotypical image of a hard, scary staffy goes right out the window when I'm standing there telling him to "go wee wees, there's a good boy"!!!! lol!

Georgie does to a certain degree but its usually when we first get up and then at nights when we go to bed, I say "go for a whizzer" which is wee and then go for a "whoo" which is poo. But she will do it as its the first thing she does in the morning and and night, I guess if we were just sauntering along in the middle of the day she would not lol
